Monaiya has NMO also known as devic’s disease, an autoimmune disease in which the immune system cells and antibodies primarily attack the optic nerves and the spinal cord. The damage to the optic nerves may results in pain and loss of vision, and the damage to the spinal cord causes weakness or paralysis in the legs or arms. Her mother, who is her main caregiver, has lupus and spinal health issues. This new ramp will make life much easier (and safer) for both of them.
The hard work from the Rogers-Long Home Team Realty group has enabled Monaiyato and her daughter live her life to the fullest while productively aging in place with an autoimmune disease! Thank you for your time, generosity, and dedication to serving your community!
