The students at St. Catherine's School built a ramp for Viola Q this year.
Viola is an 80 year old Henrico County resident who lives with her son. RampsRVA built a ramp at her residence in Church Hill in 2018, and she was forced to move from her rental house near the end of 2022. She notified RampsRVA, we removed and recycled the old ramp, and in January an enthusiastic team of first-timers from St. Catherine's, directed by our student leader Carson Wang, braved the cold to build a new ramp, complete with a turn, at her new rental house in Henrico County. On her test run down the ramp, Viola was thrilled and said that she had not been out of the house in months!
