The Midlothian club was one of the first three clubs formed by RampsRVA. So far in 2023 they have built one ramp. This was in conjunction with the Midlothian Rotary Club who made a contribution to build a ramp for Ms. E.
Jacquekeela E. has muscular dystrophy and has been unable to navigate in and out of her Varina home she shares with her husband and her mother. We had all kinds of fantastic volunteers pitching in to get her ramp built - Midlothian High School students, the Midlothian Rotary Club, our two Rampsrva interns, and several family members! It was a good team, and J’s life will be a lot easier and safer with her new ramp.
