Ithiel M. is a 12 year old boy who lives with his parents, 10 siblings and his grandfather. He has multiple disabilities since birth and has always used a wheelchair. His grandfather is also a wheelchair user and Ithiel’s mother is the primary caregiver for both. Thanks to a donation from the LC Bird Club and South Richmond Rotary, along with their volunteer time, a ramp was built for Ithiel and his grandfather.
